Step 1: To add a participant to a course open the course from within the admin area
Step 2: Select ‘Add participant from the right of the screen.

Please note:
If the program is a junior program, you will need to first enter the details of the parent/guardian before entering the junior player's details. If they are a new player/contact, you will need to complete all the required information. If they are already a contact in your system, you can toggle the option to ‘existing’ and pull the player from the current contact list

If you are adding a participant to an Adult Course, the page will look like this:

If the participant or parent/guardian is not within your contacts, you will need to fill out the 'New Contact' form. If they are within your contacts, select 'Existing Contact' and you will be able to search for their name.
Step 3: Once you have filled out the player's details, you can decide if you would like to send them a booking confirmation email by ticking or unticking the box. Then press Save.

The participant will now appear within your Course/Class register. If you would like to send them a payment request to make payment online see the article on this.
