Tags are used to group your contacts, they allow you to keep track of your contact's interest. It is a great way to keep organized and they enable you to send the relevant message to the correct group at the right time.
To filter your contacts based on the tags follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the contacts module
Step 2: Click on the heading called 'Tags'. This will bring up a search field a list of your tags. Click on a tag you are looking to view
Step 3: A list of contacts will appear who are linked to the selected tag
Step 4:You can then select all contacts within that group by placing a tick in the box to the left of the 'Unique ID' heading.
