Creating Custom Tags

Creating custom contact tags allow you to group specific contacts together, such as teams. This makes identifying specific user groups easier. 

Step 1: First click on 'Contacts', on the left hand side of your admin area and then select 'Contact Options' and 'Contact tags'.

Step 2: You can now create a custom contact tag, enter the name and 'Save Tags'.
